How is Mando different from traditional AMS?
Traditional AMS is optimized for billing hours. Mando is optimized for resolution and learning. We capture full context upfront, route work to senior-only Workday experts, and deliver every resolution with replayable, step-by-step documentation so issues get resolved faster and your team gets smarter with every fix.
How does pricing work?
By default, pricing is usage-based: you pay for the issues you need resolved, when you need it. For teams that want more predictability, we offer discounts on committed usage plans. You're never required to consume services to meet a contractual minimum.
What happens if my ticket volume spikes or drops?
Mando is designed to flex based on your workload. You can ramp usage during busy cycles (like Open Enrollment) and scale back down when things are quiet without change orders or contract renegotiations. We leverage AI to capacity plan our senior staff for volume changes.
How do I submit a request?
You can submit requests in the way that works best for your team. Use our AI browser extension to talk through an issue while capturing screen context automatically, or submit via email or web portal. No rigid workflows, just fast intake to accelerate your path to resolution.
What are your SLAs?
Mando is designed for fast, expert-level responses. Because our intake captures technical context upfront, we bypass traditional triage and route your request directly to a senior Workday expert familiar with your problem to minimize back-and-forth. We offer three tiers of SLAs based on your needs: same-day, next day, or two days. In practice, customers often receive responses within minutes.
How does Mando ensure transparent, fair billing?
You're charged for action, not acknowledgement. Billing is tied to observable work and every resolution is accompanied by step-by-step documentation. If the work isn't visible, it isn't billable.
